We offer health and fitness options for every body at every level of fitness. With our state-of-the-art gym and our experienced, highly qualified personal trainers, we will work with you to identify your health and fitness goals, and support you on your fitness journey. Whether you are training for a fun run or a marathon, wanting to get into shape, or interested in improving your cardiovascular fitness, we can help!

Monday to Thursday: 6:45 AM–9:00 PM
Friday: 5:45 AM–6:30 PM
Saturday: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM
Sunday: 7:00 AM–5:00 PM

Fitness Pass

Monthly Fitness Pass: $65/month

The pass can be canceled or suspended by letting us know in writing by the 20th of the prior month.
