The Virtual Jewish Culinary Center guiding principles:

1. Jewish Food is diverse and delicious! There are so many classic Jewish dishes to cook and so much being added to the canon by modern chefs that cooking Jewish food is a creative endeavor everyone can enjoy.
2. Real community can be built using virtual platforms. You can make friends while you improve your repertoire in the kitchen. We all live on screens, but too much of what we do is just watching and consuming. At the Virtual JCC, time on screens means developing friendships while learning together.
