Intermediate/Advanced Tap Workshop
11 years and up. This full-year class focuses on developing tap students into performers. On an invitation-only basis, dancers are taught repertory that encompasses the history of tap dance styles. The instructor/choreographer will stage standard tap dances as well as more contemporary rhythm tap pieces, which will showcase in JCC Outreach programs and the Annual WTD Concert. There is an additional performance fee (which covers costume, technical fees and DVD) for Workshop students to perform in the Westchester Theatre of Dance Concert, March 2020.
