youth + experience
JCCMW and BBYO
The JCCMW is proud to be the host site for the Westchester Chapter of BBYO. Independently organized, staffed, and advised by BBYO, this group of dedicated Jewish high school students meets at the JCCMW for social, recreational, spiritual, and community service events.

Grades 6-8
BBYO Connect

BBYO Connect provides pre–high school students with safe, enriching programming, fun activities, and meaningful involvement in the community.
At this crucial age, our programs bridge the gap between bar/bat mitzvah and high school, giving younger teens an early opportunity to enjoy fulfilling Jewish experiences that build character as they build bonds of friendship.

Grades 6-8
Operation Mitzvah

Operation Mitzvah provides your pre-bar/bat mitzvah teens with hands-on community service/mitzvot projects that teach the importance of community service, its connection to mitzvot in the Torah, and its relationship to becoming a bar/bat mitzvah.

grades 7-12
Summer Experiences

Join Jewish teens from around the world for the summer experience of a lifetime. Trips on five continents combine elements of active touring, community service, and meaningful Jewish experiences.
Choose from a variety of international travel experiences throughout Europe, Central America, and Israel; develop your skills as a community leader as you make an Impact in Boston, Chicago, Israel, and Washington DC; or strengthen your leadership skills at programs across North America. No matter which programs you choose, you will have the opportunity to explore Judaism like never before, participate in hands-on service, and make lifelong friends.
All are invited:
The programs embrace pluralistic Jewish values and are designed for anyone with a spirit for adventure and a desire to experience the full color of the world. Everyone can participate—BBYO membership is not required.

friends + alumni network
BBYO FAN
FAN is a movement of networks in 35 communities across North America. FAN brings together friends and alumni of BBYO to advocate for the organization, network and share personal and professional news, volunteer and mentor, relive the glory days at local FAN events, and support the organization so that invaluable BBYO experiences are always available for every Jewish teen. Not only is FAN a community for old friends to reconnect and new friendships to develop, it offers unique social and professional networking opportunities.
grades 9–12
