Tai Chi is a gentle Chinese martial art that improves strength, balance, flexibility, health, and longevity. The movements in Tai Chi are usually circular and never forced, the muscles are relaxed and not tensed, the joints are not fully extended nor bent, and connective tissues are not stretched. This mind-body practice is a low-impact, slow-motion form of exercise that can be easily adapted for anyone of any fitness level. Intermediate level but all are welcome!
