APP Lecture: Understanding the Supreme Court
This lecture examines the development of the First Amendment protection of religious freedom. Circumstances and Supreme Court interpretations of the first 16 words of the Bill of Rights will be considered to illustrate how founding-era ideals have been applied to the controversial issue of religion and government interaction in America. About the Speaker
