Caregiver Support Group

Are you caring for a loved one, either a spouse, a parent or a sibling? You are not alone.

Whether your loved one is home alone, living with you, or in a facility, if you share some responsibility or concern for their care, you are considered a caregiver. Please join us for a monthly caregiver support group at the JCCMW facilitated by Sarah Lieberman, LMSW, social worker at Westchester Jewish Community Services. 

Sarah has many years of experience supporting caregivers and it is her hope to create a safe, confidential space to share stories and trade information and resources among group participants.

Series Dates: September 12, October 10, November 14, and December 12.

This series is free, but RSVP is requested before each session.
