APP Lecture and Judaic Art Workshop: The Art of Marc Chagall

The Art of Marc Chagall is a survey of the life and art of this quintessential Jewish artist. From paintings to prints to stained glass and tapestries, Chagall created an amazing world of fantasy and reality. See why the painting I and the Village was so important to him and to the world. The art of Marc Chagall is an overview from East European village (shtetl) to world-renowned artist. Presented by Jewish Art Education.
Join us after the lecture for an art experience inspired by Chagall’s stained glass pieces. Using acrylic paint on plexiglass, we will be emulating the style of his work America Windows. No painting experience required!
The lecture is available to watch through Zoom. Please contact Jacob at [email protected] if you have any questions.
