Yom Hasho’ah Screening of “Pizza in Auschwitz”

To commemorate Yom Hasho’ah, Holocaust Remembrance Day, we will be hosting a meaningful film screening of Pizza in Auschwitz by Moshe Zimmerman and Osnat Trabelsi. In this movie, Danny Hanoch, a Holocaust survivor, jokingly says that he’s an “Auschwitz graduate” and that he had a personal doctor who treated him—Dr. Mengele. His dream is to bring his reluctant children to spend the night with him in his old barracks in Birkenau.
