Learn-to-Sew Camp

Children ages 6–10 are invited, with their favorite doll or teddy bear, to our hand-sewing camp in the Friedland Makerspace. This camp will teach participants how to make doll-sized pajamas, a doll-sized pillow, and a chocolate chip cookie for their next slumber party!

Skills taught include:

• Threading a needle
• Tying a knot
• Cutting fabric
• Straight stitch
• Whipstitch
• Lock stitch
• Project construction

Please bring an 18″ doll or similar-sized stuffed animal and get ready to learn and have fun!
