Tai Chi is an internal Chinese martial art practiced for defense training, health benefits, and meditation. This mind and body discipline improves balance, health, and longevity.

All levels are welcome.
Ideal for those with balance issues and Parkinson’s disease.

Sundays and Mondays, 11:00 AM–12:00 PM
(The Sunday class is specifically designed for those with Parkinson’s disease, but everyone is welcome.)
