Fit 4 Life : Gentle exercises to improve joint mobility, muscle strength, balance and posture while sitting or standing behind a chair.

HIIT : High Intensity Interval Training is a training technique that gives you intense bursts of exercise, followed by short recovery periods

Mat Pilates : Based on the classical mat exercises of Joseph Pilates, this class develops a stronger, leaner body. It builds a strong core and improves flexibility, posture & balance.

Gentle Hatha Yoga : This class utilizes gentle movements to center the breath and body to align the physical with the mental. Props are used to customize the postures to the needs of each individual. All yogis are welcome, regardless of physical limitations
