Gymnastics January Mini Camp

9:00 AM–3:00 PM

Our gymnastics programs are perfect for children, ages 5 and older, of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our experienced coaches use innovative techniques to help children develop their skills and build their confidence. They’ll have a blast learning new skills and perfecting their routines in a fun and supportive environment.

Typical Schedule:

9:00–9:15: Arrival

9:15–10:15: Warm up, stretch, morning game

10:15–11:00:  Vault and tumble

11:00–11:45: Uneven bars

11:45–12:30: Lunch

12:30–1:15: Activity (art, dance, outdoor play, gym game)

1:15–2:00: Balance beam

2:00–2:45: Floor exercise

2:45–3:00: Cool down and dismissal
