Hip Hop Dance Classes For girls and boys fun + lively Inspired by Street Dance and Urban Culture We offer online registration for all classes. Please be aware that ALL NEW students require an evaluation by our dance director, Kristen McGrew. Please request an evaluation so that we can ensure your child is placed at an appropriate level. We will not be able to guarantee a place without an evaluation, and note that refunds will be subject to our administrative fees (see our Policies and Information page). Please note: Sneakers worn on the street must not be worn in the dance studios. Socks without shoes are not permitted in any of the studios. Explores a variety of jazz and hip hop dance styles, from traditional jazz technique to contemporary music-video style. Class includes vocabulary, warm-up, and center floor work. Day Time Tuesdays 5:00–5:45 PM Teacher: Phil Ordoñez Register for Hip Hop 1 agea 10 and older Hip Hop 2/3 This class will expand on Level 1, with hip hop, traditional jazz and theater dance styles, with emphasis on presentation, proper dance technique, discipline, and, of course, fun! Students enrolling must have some prior dance experience and are urged to supplement their jazz hip hop training with a weekly ballet class.
