Registration Information


Spring 2019

  • Gymnastics Families Exclusive re-enrollment: Students who are enrolled in the gymnastics program for Winter 2019 will have the opportunity to re-enroll for Spring 2019.  Nursery School children enrolled in 2018-2019 school year are eligible as well:
    Priority Registration Monday, February 4, 2019 – Monday, February 11, 2019
  • Open Registration begins Tuesday, February 26, 2019
  • Wait lists will be maintained for all full classes.
  • Birth certificates required

Summer 2019

  • Gymnastics Families Exclusive re-enrollment: Students who are enrolled in the gymnastics program for Spring 2018 and their siblings will have the opportunity to re-enroll for Summer 2019.  Nursery School children enrolled in 2019-2020 school year are eligible as well:
    Monday, May 13 – Thursday, May 23, 2019
  • Open Registration begins Friday, June 7, 2019
  • Wait lists will be maintained for all full classes.
  • Birth certificates required

Fall 2019

  • Gymnastics Families Exclusive re-enrollment: Students who are enrolled in the gymnastics program for Spring 2019 and their siblings will have the opportunity to re-enroll for Fall 2019.  Nursery School children enrolled in 2018-2019 school year are eligible as well:
    Monday, May 13, 2018- Thursday, May 23, 2019

Winter 2019

  • Gymnastics Families Exclusive re-enrollment: Students who are enrolled in the gymnastics program for Fall 2018 will have the opportunity to re-enroll for Winter 2019.  Nursery School children enrolled in 2018-2019 school year are eligible as well:
    Priority Registration Monday, November 5, 2018 – Monday, November 12, 2018.
  • Open Registration begins Tuesday, November 20, 2018
  • Wait lists will be maintained for all full classes.
  • Birth certificates required

 

Recreational Gymnastics Dress Code

  • GIRLS in ALL Pre-School Gymnastics and Recreational Gymnastics classes:
    • Leotards are preferred and highly recommended for all gymnasts
    • Fitted shorts are permitted
    • NO socks, tights, jeans, or loose-fitting clothing
    • Spaghetti strap tanks will not be permitted as they propose a hazard your gymnast
    • Please remove ALL jewelry- no exceptions!  We will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or broken jewelry
    • Hair must be pulled back in a ponytail, or similar, BEFORE entering the gym
    • Please NO HEADBANDS OR HATS!
  • BOYS in ALL Pre-School Gymnastics and Recreational Gymnastics classes:
    • Form-fitting tees and shorts are preferred and highly recommended for all gymnasts
    • Long fitted pants are also permitted
    • NO socks, tights, jeans, or loose-fitting clothing

Rules of the Gym

  • NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO ENTER THE GYM WITHOUT AN INSTRUCTOR PRESENT
  • NO PARENTS, GUARDIANS, GRANDPARENTS, NANNIES OR SIBLINGS ALLOWED IN THE GYM WHILE CLASS IS IN SESSION
    • There will be one Parent’s observation period per session
  • NO FOOD OR DRINK ALLOWED IN THE GYM, WITH THE EXCEPTION OF WATER
  • MAKE DIRECTOR AND COACH AWARE OF ANY MEDICAL CONDITIONS OR ALLERGIES, etc.
  • ALL BELONGINGS SHOULD BE PLACED IN A SINGLE CUBBY

 

Gymnastics Guidelines

  • ARRIVAL AND DISMISSAL
    • Gymnasts arriving more than 10 minutes late to class will only be permitted to observe. Stretching is an essential part of gymnastics and must not be missed.
    • Please let a coach know if your gymnast will be picked up early or late
  • MAKE-UPS WILL NOT OFFERED FOR MISSED CLASSES
  • SPECIAL CLASS REQUESTS WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED
    • Each class is separated by birthdate
  • GYMNASTS WILL REMAIN IN THEIR APPROPRIATE CLASS UNTIL THEIR INSTRUCTOR DETERMINES THAT THEY ARE READY TO MOVE TO THE NEXT LEVEL
    • Progression is dependent upon skill completion, not the length of time in any class
