Junior Robotics Team   

Grades 2-3

Calling all future architects and engineers! Students will build and program simple machines and robots using LEGO WeDo 2.0 kits, K’NEX, and other engineering software. Your child will be challenged to use problem-solving skills and teamwork throughout the semester.

Gaming & Animation with Pokémon™
Grades 1-3

Follow Pikachu to the TEKI room where we will explore the next level of gaming.  Animation will come to life through your innovations.  Bring your card collection and begin to design!

JCC ROBOTICS TEAM
Grades 4-8

In this class we will use EV3 LEGO robotics to bring science,technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to our everyday life. The Robotics coach supports students with an emphasis on programming and teamwork. Each of the projects begins with a robotics research simulation question in which students are guided step-by- step through the building and programming of a new solution and technological answer. Our goal is to compete in local and in house tournaments in the future.

Come For a Ride on the TEKI Roller Coaster
2nd – 8th graders (children will be grouped by age)
7 Wednesdays, June 28 – August 9 • 4:15pm – 5:15pm
Build the most adventurous tracks and vertical loops while learning the physics behind roller coaster design.

Robotics Week in partnership with TEKI LLC
2nd – 6th graders
Monday, August 21 – Friday, August 25 • 9:00am – 3:00pm
Campers will use EV3 LEGO Robotics to learn how to build and program a variety of projects. Each project will begin with a robotics research simulation question in which campers will be guided through the building and programming of a new solution, with an emphasis on problem solving and teamwork. The day will be rounded out with recreational activities, including swim on select days. Campers will be grouped by age. Kosher lunch and snacks provided.
