Enid Ancell Family Center
In times of crisis or transition, we don’t always know how or where to get help. At the Enid Ancell Family Resource Center, a JCC Resource Team member will assist you or provide referrals to mental health specialists, counseling, parenting skills training, legal advice, or divorce mediation.
The JCC of Mid-Westchester lost an integral part of our community, Stephanie “Penny” Randall, on the evening of March 2, 2016 after a very brief illness. Penny was a colleague, friend, support system and biggest cheerleader for our programs, children and staff. She served as our Nursery School Social Worker and Consultant to Children and Families for many years. She spearheaded support groups of the Enid Ancell Family Center at the JCC, which was named after her late mother.
Penny worked tirelessly to make sure that people (both young and old) received the appropriate services and support. She helped guide many staff and families through difficult life transitions. She worked selflessly for others while ignoring her own needs. Her untimely death has left an irreplaceable hole in the JCC.
