Virtual Resources

A healthy body is a healthy mind.  Staying active is critical for a child’s development especially approaching their teenage years.  Online exercise classes for grades 6-8 and 9-12 can now be found in the HSS online Learning Center. Links to these classes are shown below. Each class is approximately 15-20 minutes and includes a brief quiz asking for the child’s name, school and PE teacher’s name. Upon completing the class and quiz, students will have the ability to print out their course completion.   Their school PE teachers will be notified they completed the on-line course. These resources are free to all members of the community

12-16 years.  Our trainers are passionate about getting you fit and living a healthy lifestyle. Programs tailored to teens’ interests. Two classes per week over twenty weeks.

Boys Program

Focuses on sports related Fitness Activities such as strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, functional movement and core strength

Girls Program

Fitness related Activities with focus on group fitness classes, strength, cardiovascular fitness, flexibility, functional movement and core strength


Teen Gymnastics

For pre-teens and teenagers who want to learn gymnastics with their peers.  See our Gymnastics pages for more information.
