Adult Watercolor Workshop

Learn basic watercolor painting skills, and craft vibrant spring-themed greeting cards in our Friedland Makerspace. The instructor will demonstrate traditional Chinese brush-painting techniques and show you how to blend them with watercolor methods to produce these one-of-a-kind cards. This relaxed and enjoyable workshop will ignite your creativity and inspire a greater appreciation of watercolor painting across different cultures.

About the Instructor

Sinrong Chen Sinrong is an artist who specializes in Chinese calligraphy/painting and watercolor. She studied extensively in Taiwan and received both a bachelor and master’s degree in fine arts from the Chinese Culture University in Taipei, Taiwan. Sinrong has over 15 years of art teaching experience at various institutions in the Westchester area.
