Building Strength and Flexibility

Children are taught age-appropriate gymnastics skills, movements, concepts and gym safety rules in an organized and structured environment.  Children will learn to follow directions, remember stations from week to week, and how to safely advance through gymnastics skill progressions. Ratio 8:1.

Junior Gymnastics

This beginner-level class is an introduction to gymnastics. Children are taught basic gymnastics skills and gym safety rules. Gymnasts will learn and become familiar with the fundamentals of gymnastics and progress at the appropriate rate for each gymnast’s ability. Gymnasts are moved to the next level at the discretion of the instructor each session. Ratio: 8:1.

The intermediate class is for children who have accomplished basic skills on each apparatus and understand gym safety and awareness. More advanced skills are taught and basic skills are practiced. Technique and strength are emphasized at this level. Your child must be evaluated for this class. Ratio: 8:1.

Girls Gymnastics

The beginner class is an introduction to gymnastics. Children are taught basic gymnastics skills and gym safety rules. Advanced Gymnastics is for girls who show exceptional talent and a natural ability in the sport of gymnastics. Gymnasts will train at an accelerated and intense rate in which speed, flexibility, and strength are incorporated. Advanced gymnasts will continue developing previously learned skills in this 90-minute class after successfully learning beginner and intermediate skills. Strength, conditioning, and flexibility become more challenging with the emphasis on refining higher level skills and techniques. Ratio: 10:1.

beginner and intermediate

Boys Gymnastics

Boys will learn introductory gymnastics skills before progressing through more advanced skills. Gymnasts learn strength, discipline, parkour, and appropriate gymnastics etiquette. Ratio: 8:1.

Eligibility

Eight to twelve years old. Child must be eight years old by December 31, 2022.

Fridays 4:30–5:25 PM

Teen Gymnastics

Teens of all levels will learn skills based on a fundamental curriculum that allows them to focus on specific skills that they want to learn. The coach will guide the gymnasts, while giving them direction on how to progress to achieve their goals in each event.
