In-House Team

orange-grad-sep

The In-House Team will allow the gymnast to experience a similar practice environment to that of our competitive team. This program is structured to focus more on the technique, exactness, and perfection than one would in a traditional recreational program without the pressure of competition. The girls will learn routines and work on strength and conditioning, while enjoying the team atmosphere. The In-House Team will showcase its routines a few times throughout the year for evaluation and to determine and track progression.

Advanced gymnasts will continue developing previously learned skills in this 90-minute class. Strength, conditioning, and flexibility become more challenging, with an emphasis on refining higher-level skills and techniques. Ratio: 10:1.

Future 10.0

orange-grad-sep

Future 10.0 is an invitation-only program for girls, ages six and older, who show exceptional talent and a natural ability in the sport of gymnastics.

This year, the main focus for our precompetitive athletes has been building the foundational skills necessary to begin learning the more advanced skills needed to perform at the competitive level successfully.

The main aspects have included strength training, flexibility, listening skills, technique, and form. For this level of gymnastics, we are looking more critically at the quality of the skill than the recreational level. A skill without proper technique and safety will not be considered mastered and will not receive credit on evaluations, just as they would not receive credit at a competition.

This program feeds into the Competitive Gymnastics program and allows the coaches to focus on basic skill progressions, shaping, and strength.

This program is for gymnasts who are ready to commit to more serious training with the goal of competing in the near future. While the gymnasts will still learn in a safe and fun environment, the focus shifts to preparing for competition rather than only learning new skills.

Weekly Schedule

Tuesdays 5:00–6:30 PM
Thursday 5:O0–6:30 PM
