Krav Maga

Krava Maga: Older Adults

Krav Maga is a modern martial art and self-defense system developed in Israel. This course, tailored for older adults, will provide you with basic Krav Maga techniques, so you can carry yourself with confidence and security. Each drop-in class will begin with a warm up and quick stretch, followed by repetition work on punches, kicks, and blocking.  

This drop-in class is available to Adult Program Members and those who purchase an adult single class or 10-class card. For more information, please contact [email protected].

Krav Maga: Kids

Kids and tweens, ages 7–13 will learn basic Krav Maga self-defense techniques so that they can be prepared in case of emergency. Students will learn striking and blocking through innovative techniques and discipline targeted to this age group.

Krav Maga: Teens

Before teens venture out into the world, they need self-defense techniques and awareness training, so they are prepared to protect themselves in an emergency. 

Classes will start with a warm-up and a quick stretch, followed by repetition work on punches, kicks, and blocking.

Tae Kwon Do

Longtime instructor Henry Weber, 9th Degree Black Belt, teaches the martial art of Tae Kwon Do to ages five through adult. Through the practice of defensive physical movements, students also enhance discipline, focus, confidence, and physical fitness.

It takes about five and a half years to from white to first degree black belt (10 tests), and there are 10 degrees of black belt.

Tae Kwon Do: Beginner/Intermediate

The beginner/intermediate class targets white to purple belts.
