APP+ Yoga

Yoga focuses on the centering of the breath and aligning the physical with the mental through gentle movement. This therapeutic practice utilizes props to customize the postures to the needs of each individual.

No reservations are necessary. Entry will be on a first come, first served basis. Please arrive early to ensure your spot in the class.
