Intimacy, Fertility, and Menopause: A Jewish Women’s Health Summit

orange-grad-sep

Women’s health is taking center stage at our Jewish Women’s Health Summit, hosted by former Today Show anchor and fitness expert Jenna Wolfe! In this special program, we’ll amplify Jewish women’s voices, celebrate bodily autonomy, dispel common health misconceptions, and create a nurturing environment where accessing vital information is not only encouraged but celebrated.

In this judgment-free atmosphere, you will engage directly with experts in sexuality, fertility, and gynecology, gain valuable perspectives from rabbis who will explore Jewish teachings on women’s health issues, and discover a wealth of resources to help you navigate your unique health journey.

Breakout sessions include:

  • Cultural Sensitivity and Menopause: Dr. Brightman and Rabbanit Atara Lindenbaum, Hebrew Institute of White Plains
  • Sex and Judaism: Dr. Levkoff and Rabbi Cornelia Dalton, Westchester Jewish Center
  • Fertility Preservation and Infertility: Dr. Gerber and Rabbi Dina Rosenberg, Congregation Sons of Israel

Complimentary childcare (for ages 3+) will be provided. Please contact Brian Symons, summer camp director, at [email protected] to reserve a spot for your child/ren.

Prioritize your health and wellbeing, and register now!

About the Moderator

Jenna Wolfe is the former host of First Things First, a daily sports talk show on Fox Sports where, in addition to talking sports, she added a little comic relief and sprinkled in the occasional Seinfeld reference.

Before that, she was the first ever lifestyle and fitness correspondent on NBC’s Today Show, as well as the host of Weekend Today. Jenna wrote her first book, Thinner in 30, outlining a 30-day diet and fitness plan in her charismatic voice. Prior to joining NBC News in 2007, the self-proclaimed daredevil and thrill seeker spent 12 years as a sportscaster.

Wolfe is a certified personal trainer, health and wellness expert, and motivational speaker. When she’s not running (and squatting and lunging and bear crawling) a million miles an hour in one direction, she’s usually (and happily) doing it in another.
