Welcome to JCCMW Gymnastics

Our goal at JCCMW Gymnastics is to provide the mental and physical discipline needed for competition within a framework of positive reinforcement and encouragement. We strive to develop each gymnast's potential in a safe and enjoyable atmosphere. We will teach fundamental skills and progressions, provide knowledge of the sport, and support our athletes in gaining self-confidence and achieving their goals.

Competitive Gymnastics not only increases strength, grace, and flexibility, but also encourages hard work, discipline, and determination. Gymnastics requires balance, strength, flexibility, agility, coordination, endurance, and commitment.

Practices, competitions, and general commitment to a competitive team require a dedication like no other. We hope that our program encourages our gymnasts to work hard, learn level-appropriate skills, build relationships with their teammates and coaches, and gain life lessons that they will carry with them forever.

XCEL Program

orange-grad-sep

The Xcel Program is designed to offer a broad-based competitive experience outside the traditional Development Program to attract and retain a diverse group of athletes.

Xcel brings competitive gymnastics to gymnasts in a program that embraces all skill levels: beginner through advanced. It is a personalized, competitive program starting at the first-entry division. Xcel gymnastics has routine requirements rather than set skills per level.

Development Program

The Development Program was developed with the belief that all athletes, regardless of their potential, must have a solid foundation of basic skills in order to advance safely. The Women's Development Program is divided into three major segments: developmental, compulsory, and optional.
