We offer health and fitness options to suit any body at any age and at any level of fitness. Let us help you achieve your fitness goals!

With our state-of-the-art gym and our experienced, highly qualified personal trainers, we will work with you to identify your health and fitness goals, and support you on your fitness journey.


The Fitness Center Is Open!

  • Sunday to Thursday: 7:00 AM–2:00 PM; 5:00 PM–8:00 PM

    Closed Fridays and Saturdays

    (Hours may increase with demand.)

Please contact [email protected] to set up a monthly Fitness Pass, at a monthly recurring cost of $65 a month, payable by a credit card (on file) on the first of every month. The pass can be canceled or suspended by letting us know in writing by the 20th of the prior month so we have time to stop the charges. This system gives you greater flexibility to fit exercise into your schedule.

Credit for Pandemic-Related Closures

If you were a former member affected by pandemic-related closures, please reach out and we will let you know if you have any remaining house credit. The credit can be applied to all JCCMW passes and programs, or can be donated.

Fitness + Pool Passes


For those also interested in the pool, we are offering a combined Pool/Fitness Pass for $200 a month, and for the early bird registration option, with registration for lap times from 5:00 PM on Sundays, for $245 a month.

Virtual Training

Though we are resuming in-house personal training, you still have the option to train virtually.

We offer some exercise classes through our Dance and Wellness Center. Purchase individual classes or save money with a 10-session pack, which may be used for any fitness classes.
