JCC Aqua Fitness Class-3

Aqua Aerobics

In this shallow-water class, water resistance is used to develop muscle tone, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and general well-being. Upper- and lower-body exercises are taught at a quick pace to help you burn calories and increase endurance. Class can be modified for all abilities.

JCC Aqua Fitness Class-2

Aqua Stretch

Enhance your flexibility and expand your range of motion! Participants engage in gentle stretches and movements in shallow water; the buoyancy of the water reduces joint impact and allows for a greater range of motion.
