Cathy Florakis

Cathy believes that movement is the key to good health—it keeps our muscles flexible and strong and our minds limber.

She is certified as an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, a Group Fit Instructor, an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist, an Active Aging Movement Coach, a Senior Fitness Specialist, an EXOS Fitness Specialist, a TRX Qualified Trainer, an SCW Functional Performance Coach, and a Yoga 1 Instructor.

Saskia Mossel

Saskia is certified as an EXOS Fitness Specialist, an EXOS Performance Specialist, a TRX Level 1 Suspension Trainer, an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, and a Certified Cycling MPOWER Instructor.

She prides herself on inspiring people to enjoy exercise for health, wellness, and stress-reduction.

Saskia's specialities include working with people who have completed physical therapy for an injury and need help achieving full-movement activity, assisting those with Multiple sclerosis (MS) or Parkinson’s disease, working with seniors on strength, posture, and mobility exercises.

Sadari Neville

Sadari is an instructor, an equestrian, and a dancer. She's been a group fitness professional and personal trainer for more than seventeen years at gyms including Crunch and Healthy Fit . She is certified by the AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association of America).

Sadari enjoys tailoring fitness programs to clients' goals and needs, integrating strength training, cardio, yoga and Pilates.
