Nice Jewish Runners

Lace up your running shoes and connect with fellow runners in our community! Choose a 3-mile run or a 1.5-mile walk. Everyone is invited to for coffee and schmoozing afterward!

Functional Pilates Series

Our new Functional Pilates series will include exercises developed to improve your balance, control, strength, flexibility, and overall well-being! Drop in for one or all sessions. Free for Fitness Members and JCCMW Nursery School parents!

Adult Watercolor Workshop

Learn basic watercolor painting skills, and craft vibrant spring-themed greeting cards in our Friedland Makerspace.

Krav Maga Self Defense Workshop

Carry yourself with confidence and security! Krav Maga is a powerful and effective modern martial art and self-defense system developed in Israel. This course, tailored for all levels, will teach you basic Krav Maga techniques and help you develop awareness in public spaces.

Information and Costs

Accessing services is less overwhelming when there is a caring professional providing support at each step of the way. Through this free program, our warm and friendly connection specialist will work with isolated older adults to assess their needs and connect them to an array of community based services, including:

  • Home-delivered meals
  • Transportation
  • Vaccine appointments
  • Ongoing case-management programs
  • Home-based medical services
  • Telephone or in-person counseling
  • Home care
  • Social programming
