Your path to well-being starts at the JCCMW! Our wellness workshops, community groups, and fitness classes are designed to lift your spirits, nurture your mental clarity, and enhance your physical and emotional well-being.

UnitedHealthcare Renew Active at the JCCMW
Are you a member of a UnitedHealthcare Medicare plan? The JCCMW is now participating in the Renew Active program, the gold standard in Medicare fitness programs. This means that you can be a Fitness Member at NO extra cost! Learn more about how you can stay active and healthy at UHCRenewActive.com.

JCCMW Fitness Membership
Not a member of UnitedHealthcare? No problem! Our updated Fitness Membership will cost only $35 per month for ages 65+ and $65 per month for other adults. It will include the use of our newly revamped fitness center and all group fitness classes, including aqua fitness. Krav Maga, many lectures, adult book groups, and weekly community programs will also be included with this membership.

Add-Ons
If you’re a lap swimmer or would like access to the pool for free swim time, you can add the pool to either membership for $40 per month. Personal training is available at an additional fee.

Whether you’re feeling a bit down or just need a pick-me-up, your grocery choices can make all the difference. Join us to learn more about foods that will boost your mood and lift your spirits. A kosher vegetarian lunch will be served.

Our Men’s Club and new Women’s Club offer opportunities to forge meaningful connections, share experiences, and navigate life’s joys and challenges together! No RSVP is necessary for Men’s Club sessions.
